New Marketplace Startups
Online marketplaces have existed for decades, but new, targeted marketplaces are emerging to match buyers with sellers, some in specialized areas that remain underserved by current offerings. These new marketplaces offer a superior customer experience by designing for mobile first, sourcing otherwise unavailable products, providing consistent, high-quality product listings, creating price data repositories and offering advanced support services for buyers and sellers. We'll hear from new venture-backed marketplaces that seek to take market share from larger retailers, marketplaces and other channels.
