Driving In-Store Mobile Engagement
Retailers are redefining the offline shopping experience for connected consumers. Today, shoppers use their mobile phones for functions such as barcode scanning and wayfinding as well as to access shopping lists, promotions, loyalty rewards programs and more. Associates are also empowered with devices to personalize the in-store experience for shoppers. To enable these interactions, retailers are leveraging a variety of technologies including Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC and BLE beacons. In this session, retail leaders will discuss how they're using these solutions, including mobile apps, to engage consumers as they shop in stores.
