The retail experience hasn't changed fundamentally in decades, but today retailers are aiming to differentiate themselves through groundbreaking new products, layouts and store formats. What would the retail experience look like if designed without any traditional boundaries or restrictions? How could products be completely reimagined to meet new, emerging consumer demands? In this session, we'll hear perspectives on retailing in the future from the agencies leading product and experience design.
