Adheer Bahulkar is an advisor and collaborator to global brands and retailers on top-line growth strategies and operational improvements to generate profitable growth. He is a Partner with management consulting firm A.T. Kearney, in their consumer goods and retail practice, and is based out of their Washington DC office.

He brings 15 years of experience in soft lines, luxury and fashion apparel in areas of brand turnaround, offline and online store operations, multi-channel merchandising, inventory and pricing optimization, as well as global sourcing and supply chain. Of particular interest to him is the never-ending evolution of how increasing access and availability of data can inform Brands to both influence customer demand as well as enable most efficient ways to deliver on the customer promise.

As an author and a contributor, Adheer has appeared in Strategy & Leadership, Business Insider, Chain Store Age, Sourcing Journal and other publications, and has moderated sessions in executive council meetings at the NRF. He has an Engineering degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business.
