JuE Wong is President of the Elizabeth Arden brand. One of the most recognized names in the beauty industry, Elizabeth Arden is a global prestige beauty products company operating in approximately 120 countries. In this role, JuE is responsible for the global strategy, brand equity, innovation pipeline and entire spectrum of go-to-market brand activities for the Elizabeth Arden brand portfolio, which includes skincare brands Ceramide, Prevage, Eight Hour, Elizabeth Arden PRO and Visible Difference; fragrance brands Untold, Red Door, Green Tea and 5th avenue; and makeup franchises Flawless Finish, Beautiful Color and Ceramide. JuE is also responsible for commercial execution in the US market.

JuE is a seasoned global executive within the beauty industry with specific expertise in developing and growing prestige skincare brands that are based on highly efficacious performance. Prior to joining Elizabeth Arden in 2015, JuE was the CEO of StriVectin and Astral Brands, and held several leadership positions for brands including N.V. Perricone M.D. Cosmeceuticals and Murad. JuE began her career as a commodities trader at Cargill Inc., and also worked for PepsiCo and Dial Corp.

Originally from Singapore, JuE is an Honors graduate of The Australian National University (ANU) and was an exchange scholar at UCLA. In 2004, she was a nominee for the Wall Street Journal’s “Top 50 Women to Watch” and in 2011 was an honoree at the 6th Annual Who’s Who in Asian American Communities (WWAAC). JuE was a finalist for the 2012 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and in 2013 was recognized as one of the Top 50 Asian Americans in Business. In 2014, she was awarded International Alumnus of the Year by her alma mater, ANU.

JuE is on the boards of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW), Personal Care Products Council (PCPC), the American Heart Association, WWAAC and the YMCA of NY, for which she also serves as Chair of the Y’s Marketing Committee.
