Years ago, retailers engaged with shoppers one-on-one to understand their needs and preferences. With the dramatic expansion in store count as well as e-commerce, many retailers and brands no longer have the ability to interact with customers in a meaningful way to learn what they truly want.

Greg is passionate about removing this distance. During his nearly 30-year career in both retail and technology, Greg saw a need for companies to re-engage with consumers in order to better serve them.

In 2007, Greg founded First Insight to deliver what has become the world's leading platform empowering retailers and brands to introduce the right products at the right price, and market them to the right customers.

Greg is a thought leader in the areas of demand sensing and customer intimacy. He is a regular contributor to Forbes, has appeared on Bloomberg TV and radio, and has been published in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, USA Today, Women's Wear Daily, and numerous other media.

Greg is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Fashion Institute of Technology and speaks at several graduate business schools on retail technology best practices. Greg holds an MBA in Valuation Modeling and Bachelor's Degrees in Economics and Business Adminstration from the University of Pittsburgh.
