Diverse background includes strategic planning, analytics and content development. Successful track record of building and leading media teams across both client and agency environments.

Most recently he served as AVP, Media at TJX.

Among his previous positions, Rich served as SVP, Group Director at MediaVest, Director, Partner at Mindshare, VP, Associate Media Director at UM on retail accounts including Walmart, CVS/pharmacy and Kohl’s. He also served as Media Director at Macy’s and Media Manager at Filene’s.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
