Aimée Lapic is the Senior Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer as well as the General Manager of Online for Banana Republic. In her role, Aimée has global responsibility for creative and marketing across all channels as well as P&L accountability for the eCommerce businesses.

Aimée has held numerous positions across Gap, Inc. over the past twelve years including leading the Gap and Banana Republic Factory Store marketing, visual and store design teams. Additionally, she served as the General Manager for the International Outlet business for several years, overseeing all functions to drive international growth.

Aimée serves as a Marketing Adversory Board member of IDG Ventures USA. IDG Ventures USA is a venture capital firm focused on early-stage consumer internet and enterprise IT investments. Aimée holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Princeton University, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
