Lorraine Sanders is a journalist, media strategist, podcast producer and host with a special interest in the intersection of fashion, entrepreneurship, sustainability and tech. It’s a space she coined FEST. Ask her about it, and she’ll tell you it’s the future of the fashion industry.

Lorraine hosts the Spirit of 608 podcast (www.spiritof608.com) for and about women at the forefront of FEST and is a regular contributor to Women’s Wear Daily. She has written extensively about the business of fashion, ecommerce trends, stylish startups, digital culture and the intersection of mental health and technology for the San Francisco Chronicle, FastCompany.com, Women 2.0, Ozy.com, 7×7.com and many others. She created the Style Bytes column for the San Francisco Chronicle and her work has been published by numerous print and online outlets, including MensJournal.com, HarpersBazaar.com, Inc., Forbes, USA Today and NPR.com.

She is a graduate of Brown University and has a Masters in Communications from Stanford University. She lives in Charlottesville, VA, with her husband, Brian, and two little people who frequently seem to be the ones in charge.
