Emilie Arel Scott
Emilie Arel Scott is the CEO of Quidsi, an Amazon company. Quidsi is a Retail Technology company with 300+ employees, a portfolio of six ecommerce sites, led by, and a large business on As CEO, all functions report in through her, including Technology, Retail, Marketing, Legal, HR, Ops and Finance. Emilie started at Quidsi in May of 2014 as SVP of Retail.

Previous to Quidsi, Emilie was with Gap Inc. as the VP & GM of the $1B Kids and Brand Licensing Divisions at Old Navy leading Design, Tech Design, Merchandising , Inventory Management, Production and Visual. Prior to that, she was the VP of Stores for Old Navy leading a team of 12,000+ employees and 220 stores. Before moving into the Stores role, Emilie served in product functions as the DMM of Brand Licensing and Women’s Non-Apparel at Old Navy and the Merchandise Manager for the Women’s Division at Gap Outlet.

Emilie’s retail career started at Target Corporation, where she held various roles in Inventory Management and Merchandising.

Emilie has a dual MBA from the Columbia School of Business in New York and the Haas School of Business in Berkeley, California. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. She currently lives in New Jersey with her husband Donavin and daughter Ariele.
