Rico Arrastia
Sr. Director, Wholesale Ecommerce, Levi Strauss & Co.
Rico Arrastia is the Sr. Director, Wholesale E-commerce of Levi Strauss & Co. In this position he is responsible for growing e-commerce sales within the North American wholesale division. With his team, he is focused on positioning and demand generation of the Levi Strauss & Co. brands on retail partner’s e-commerce channels.

Arrastia is passionate about the e-commerce business and has a track record of consistently delivering strong results throughout his e-commerce career.

Prior to joining Levi Strauss & Co, Arrastia was Director, Customer Experience running the Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPS) business at In his nine year career at, he served in a number of leadership positions with increasing levels of scope.

In his role as Director, Customer Experience for BOPS, Arrastia was responsible for the overall P&L of the business, all aspects of omni-channel customer experiences, assortment growth, operational efficiencies, and key technology improvements.

Before that he held various leadership positions within the Product Management organization at driving a number of successful e-commerce product launches across the globe.

Prior to joining Walmart, Arrastia was the head of engineering for MediaMap, a PR software firm serving 48 out of the top 50 PR firms in the US. He also worked as a Business Analyst in the SAS Customer Intelligence division and a Technical Consultant for the IBM Laboratory in Hursley, UK.

Arrastia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University.
