Michael “Deks” Dekshenieks, is a Managing Director and North American Lead for Accenture Digital’s Personalization practice. Prior to joining Accenture, Deks was VP of Global Services & Support for RichRelevance, which is the global leader in omni-channel personalization. A veteran of multiple technology startups, Deks served in a variety of leadership roles within Client Services, Sales, and Account Management throughout several phases of company growth. Deks started his career in the US Navy, received a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from The College of William and Mary.
