Rob has been the CEO of 4moms since its formation in 2005. 4moms is a robotics company that makes high tech baby gear - like the origami power folding stroller that opens and closes at the push of a button and the mamaRoo infant seat which replicates the bouncing and swaying motions that parents make when comforting their babies. 4moms products are sold in more than 2,000 retailers across North America and in more than 52 countries around the world. Investment partners include Bain Capital, Castanea Partners, Newell Rubbermaid, Innovation Works and many angel investors.

Rob leads a team of nearly 200 super passionate and talented people from 4moms headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. He is deeply involved in most areas of product development, marketing, sales and graphic and industrial design. He has primary responsibility for developing consumer insights and determining what products and features the Company should pursue.

Previously he spent nine years as a venture capitalist and three years as an investment banker. He has more than 32 patents issued and many dozen patents pending. He has an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Virginia and an MBA with honors from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He resides in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife and two sons.
